Qualifications

• Knowledge of banking laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily activities of the team, including delegating assignments and scheduling.
• Assist with escalated issues from various banking lines and ensure resolution.
• Process, reconcile and approve routine and complex transactions per policy.
• Review transactions for accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Lead by example; set high standards and follow bank policies and audit requirements.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of internal policies and procedures; participate in hiring decisions.
