Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a focused professional to drive acquisition, expansion, and retention of Payment business including Merchant, Treasury Management and Card services. You will contact clients, provide consultative advice on working capital, and collaborate with banking teams to structure services and optimize client operations.

The role emphasizes strong client service, relationship-building, and the ability to achieve sales and revenue goals with accuracy across payments platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of related experience.
• Some knowledge of Treasury Management and Payments.
• Basic sales and new business development skills.
• Good client service and relationship skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Active listening and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, expand and retain new Payment business including Merchant, Treasury Management and Card products.
• Contact existing and prospective clients to provide consultative advice on cash conversion cycle and working capital.
• Collaborate with Business Banking Relationship Managers to manage client relationships and service structure.
• Analyze receivables/payables operating cycles for identified client relationships and provide feedback and recommendations.
• Leverage resources to optimize the client experience and drive operational excellence and accuracy.
• Assist in developing market strategy and setting sales objectives and revenue goals.
