Qualifications

Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience in online sports betting, casino gaming, or digital payments, you get the industry and its fast pace.

Solid judgment and attention to detail when managing player cases and payment reviews.

Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).

Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure,even when things move fast (and they do!).

A natural team player who’s always curious, collaborative, and eager to improve processes.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if the action calls for it.
