Job summary

Xplor is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payments industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, ideal for control over time and income.

You will go door-to-door or visit local businesses, educate owners on saving money, close deals, and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and long-term residuals. Flexible schedule and support/training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate concepts into value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads with a hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
