Xplor Education is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based opportunity offers residual income and control over your time and earnings.

You will educate business owners on payment processing, close deals for activation bonuses and ongoing commissions, and work with full training and support. Remote work is allowed with regional field requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

Responsabilités

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
