Job summary

TRP Construction Group, LLC seeks Pavement Marking Field Associates to join our highway striping team. The role emphasizes safety, equipment operation, and adherence to DOT and quality standards, with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities include ensuring vehicles and equipment are in proper condition, completing inspections, maximizing daily production, and operating multiple pieces of equipment. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Maintain company standards for background checks (criminal record, driving record and controlled substance testing)
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations
• Carry out simple arithmetic functions
• Maintain proper safety equipment required for each job
• Knowledge and ability to adapt to the latest technology
• Ability to use smart phone and applications
• Ability to adjust to changing work schedule
• Follow all Safety Policies and Procedures

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain equipment/vehicle readiness and reports.
• Ensure all work complies with DOT and quality guidelines.
• Verify vehicles are in working order and loaded properly.
• Keep vehicles clean and neat inside and out.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms.
• Maximize production on job sites.
• Be trained and able to operate and maintain at least 6 different pieces of equipment.
