Job summary

TRP Construction Group, LLC is seeking Pavement Marking Field Associates to join our highway striping team. You will help ensure road safety and precision on each job, with opportunities for career advancement. Background checks and MVR testing are conducted prior to hire.

Two shifts are offered: Monday–Friday and Sunday–Thursday, with overtime and travel as needed. Health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and a 401k are included; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and exposure to outdoor

Qualifications

Background checks and MVR testing required prior to hire.
Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations.
Ability to perform simple arithmetic functions.
Follow all Safety Policies and Procedures.
Ability to adjust to changing work schedule and travel with the company.

Responsibilities

Equipment and vehicle repair reports (filled out by crew members).
Ensure all work is done in compliance with DOT and quality guidelines.
Ensure vehicles are in working order and properly loaded daily; keep clean and neat inside and out.
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms properly.
Maximize production on the job.
Be trained and able to operate and maintain at least 6 different pieces of equipment.
