Job summary

TRP Construction Group, LLC is seeking Pavement Marking Field Associates to join our highway striping team across our locations in the Carolinas and the Southeast. We value safety, precision, and teamwork as we work to improve road safety and deliver high-quality striping work.

Candidates will perform equipment inspections, support DOT compliance, and assist with daily operations, including operating multiple pieces of equipment and maintaining clean, safe vehicles.

Qualifications

• Maintain background checks and drug testing as per policy.
• Knowledge of local driving rules and safety procedures.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete equipment and vehicle repair reports and documentation.
• Ensure work complies with DOT and quality guidelines.
• Operate and maintain at least 6 different pieces of equipment.
• Maximize production on the job.
