Job summary

TRP Construction Group, LLC seeks Pavement Marking Field Associates to join our highway striping team with a focus on road safety and precision. Location-based roles include equipment operation, vehicle maintenance, and adherence to DOT guidelines, with two shifts and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Background checks incl. criminal record, driving record and controlled substance testing.
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations.
• Carry out simple arithmetic functions.
• Maintain proper safety equipment.
• Knowledge and ability to adapt to the latest technology.
• Ability to use a smartphone and applications.
• Ability to adjust to a changing work schedule.
• Follow all Safety Policies and Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file equipment and vehicle repair reports.
• Ensure all work is done in compliance with DOT and quality guidelines.
• Make sure vehicles and spray systems are in good working order and kept clean.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms properly.
• Maximize production on the job site.
• Be trained and able to operate and maintain at least 6 different pieces of equipment.
