TRP Construction Group, LLC seeks Pavement Marking Field Associates to join our highway striping team, upholding safety and precision. You will perform vehicle and equipment checks, ensure DOT compliance, and maintain detailed reports daily.

Role requires ability to operate multiple tools, adapt to schedules, and travel as needed. Strong teamwork and safety focus are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Background checks (criminal record, driving record and controlled substance testing) required.
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations.
• Carry out simple arithmetic functions.
• Maintain proper safety equipment required for each job.
• Knowledge and ability to adapt to the latest technology.
• Ability to use smart phone and applications.
• Must be able to travel with company when necessary.

Responsabilités

• Equipment and vehicle repair reports (filled out by crew members).
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with DOT and quality guidelines.
• Verify vehicles are in working order and loaded properly each day; keep them clean.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms properly.
• Maximize production on the job.
• Be trained and able to operate and maintain at least 6 different pieces of equipment.
