Job summary

TRP Construction Group, LLC is seeking Pavement Marking Field Associates to join our highway striping team, dedicated to increasing road safety and delivering a high level of precision. Background checks, MVR, and drug testing will be conducted before hire.

We offer two shifts: Monday–Friday and Sunday–Thursday, with some nights, weekends, overtime, and travel as needed. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401k participation.

Qualifications

• Be able to operate multiple pavement marking equipment as listed.
• Maintain safety standards and DOT guidelines.
• Willing to travel with the company when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file equipment and vehicle repair reports.
• Ensure all work complies with DOT and quality guidelines.
• Keep vehicles and spray systems properly loaded, clean, and maintained.
• Ensure pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms are completed.
• Maximize production on job sites.
• Be trained and able to operate and maintain at least 6 pieces of equipment.
