Job summary

TRP Construction Group, LLC is hiring Pavement Marking Field Associates to join our highway striping team. You will support equipment operation, safety compliance, and daily production targets while traveling as needed across locations in Texas.

We value leadership, discipline, accountability, teamwork, and resilience. Prior equipment experience is helpful, and background checks will be conducted as part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate multiple equipment safely and efficiently.
• Commitment to DOT and safety guidelines.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic for measurements and scheduling.
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain at least six pieces of field equipment.
• Ensure work is completed in compliance with DOT and quality standards.
• Keep vehicles and equipment clean and in good condition.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms.
• Maximize daily production and follow safety policies.
