TRP Construction Group, LLC is seeking Pavement Marking Field Associates to join our highway striping team across Texas. We value safety, precision, and teamwork, with background checks and MVR required before hire.

Qualifications

• Background checks, MVR, and substance testing required
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations
• Carry out simple arithmetic functions
• Ability to use smartphones and apps
• Follow safety policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment and vehicle repair reports
• Ensure all work meets DOT and quality guidelines
• Verify vehicles are in working order and clean
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maximize production on the job
• Train to operate and maintain at least 6 equipment pieces
