Job summary

TRP Construction Group, LLC seeks Pavement Marking Field Associates to join our highway striping team. The role includes operating and maintaining multiple equipment, performing inspections, and ensuring DOT-compliant quality on each job. Background checks, MVR and drug testing are required prior to hire.

We offer two shifts and travel with the company as needed. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Background checks (criminal record, driving record) and substance testing prior to hire.
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations.
• Ability to carry out simple arithmetic functions.
• Commitment to following safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to adjust to changing work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment and vehicle repair reports.
• Ensure all work complies with DOT and quality guidelines.
• Verify vehicles are in working order and properly loaded daily.
• Keep vehicles clean and neat inside and out.
• Fill pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms correctly.
• Maximize production on the job.
• Be trained to operate and maintain at least 6 pieces of equipment.
