Job summary

Nando’s North America is seeking a General Manager (Patrão) to lead a Nando’s restaurant with heat, heart, and soul. You will own the full life of the unit, grow people, elevate the brand, strengthen commercial performance, and build community partnerships.

You will set the vision for the restaurant, manage safety and compliance, and drive guest hospitality, food quality, and operational excellence daily. This role demands leadership, accountability, and a servant leadership mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have 4–6 years of restaurant management experience including shift and team leadership.
• Proven ability to run all aspects of a restaurant (people, food, operations, safety, sales).
• Experience delivering KPIs (sales growth, labor control, audits) and leading brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Own the full life of the restaurant, growing people and elevating the brand.
• Lead 14 Brilliant Shifts with full unit ownership over people, brand, commercial, and operations.
• Drive local marketing and community partnerships while ensuring hospitality, food quality, and guest experience.
• Manage full P&L with an owner’s mindset, forecast and control costs, and optimize labor productivity.
