Job summary

Nando’s North America is seeking an Assistant Patrão to serve as second-in-command, leading shifts, coaching teams, and upholding the restaurant’s standards across dine‑in, takeout and delivery. You will develop people, manage deployment, training cadences, and KPIs, protecting the guest experience while partnering with the Patrão to grow the business.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant leadership with shift responsibilities.
• Serv Safe Manager certification required or in progress.
• Strong focus on guest recovery, safety and team development.
• Experience hiring, onboarding and coaching Nandocas.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple shifts weekly; manage deployment, training cadence, and coaching rhythms.
• Hire, onboard, and develop Nandocas; identify potential leaders.
• Maintain food safety, prep, and line checks; ensure audit readiness.
• Drive weekly KPIs, labor forecasting, and waste reduction on shift.
• Support brand standards and deliver a Fired-Up Nando’s experience.
