Job summary

Nando's North America is seeking an Assistant Patrão to lead weekly shifts, coach Nandocas, and uphold the brand's service standards across dine-in, takeaway, and delivery. You’ll work closely with the Patrão to drive performance and staff development in a fast-paced restaurant.

You bring 3-5 years of restaurant leadership, strong people skills, and Serv Safe Manager certification. You’ll balance guest satisfaction with cost control while supporting sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of restaurant experience with shift leadership responsibilities
• Experience supporting hiring, onboarding, and training of Nandocas
• Proven ability to maintain food safety, prep, and line checks
• Education/certifications: Serv Safe Manager; Allergen Awareness; Alcohol Safety

Responsibilities

• Lead shift excellence and coach Nandocas to meet KPIs
• Hire, onboard, and develop team members
• Ensure hospitality standards and full customer journey
• Manage labor to forecast and reduce waste
• Uphold food safety, H&S, and audits; ensure compliance
• Drive weekly performance and brand execution
