Job summary

Nando's PERi-PERi North America is seeking an Assistant Patrão to be second-in-command in our Peachtree Corners restaurant. You will oversee shifts, coach Nandocas, and support the Patrão to deliver brilliant guest experiences across dine-in, takeaway, and delivery channels.

With 3-5 years of restaurant leadership, Serv Safe Manager certification, and a focus on fair scheduling, food safety, and KPI-driven performance, you will help grow leaders and drive weekly results while upholding Nando’s

Qualifications

3–5 years of restaurant leadership experience.
Strong ability to coach and develop Nandocas and shift leaders.
Experience supporting hiring, onboarding and training processes.
Solid understanding of food safety, HACCP, and operational standards.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple shifts weekly and ensure deployment and staffing are aligned with weekly plans.
Coach teams to deliver on hospitality, brand standards and guest experience across dine-in, takeaway and delivery.
Monitor KPIs, control labor and waste, and optimize processes to protect speed and quality.
Support scheduling fairness, wellbeing conversations, and community partnerships.
