Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of Google Suite.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by local communities.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and guests
• Checking in visits and assisting with required forms
• Collecting co-pays
• Updating patient information in the EMR
• Scheduling/rescheduling appointments in the EMR
• Managing phone lines and outbound calls
• Handling faxes in the electronic fax platform
• Keeping Welcome/Community Room areas clean
• Occasional float to other centers in the region
