• Answers patient calls and questions regarding surgeries.
• Enters orders for patient tests and obtains proper paperwork.
• Corresponds with referring physicians as needed.
• Reviews referral data and ensures all referral loops are being closed in an effective and timely manner.
• Provides administrative support for physicians as needed.
• Supports faculty and physician recruitment activities.
• Answers help line calls and assists patients with questions; provides administrative support to faculty and the education program.
