Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a medical setting or call center environment are required.

Responsibilities

• Schedules patient appointments accurately based on physician and department availability and patient urgency.
• Serves as liaison between patient, facility, and physicians to ensure timely scheduling and related add-ons.
• Enters diagnostic, surgical, and special procedure orders into the schedule and maintains accurate records in the EHR.
