Job summary

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of front desk or patient services experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work weekend coverage.

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, and phone inquiries.
• Registers patients by collecting and verifying insurance information and demographics.
• Handles payments, posts charges, and generates daily payment reports.
• Responds to routine inquiries about services and hours; manages patient complaints as needed.
• Assists with medical records duties, including pulling or filing records and preparing charts.
• Mentors junior staff and supports team training as requested.
