Job summary

Valeris seeks a patient services coordinator to build trusted relationships with patients, clearly explaining coverage options and benefits. You will manage inquiries, document enrollments, and coordinate product shipments through patient assistance programs.

The role requires a strong customer-service mindset and knowledge of healthcare regulations. The position offers the opportunity to support patients throughout their therapy journey, with a focus on empathy, accuracy, and effective

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in healthcare is preferred.
• Ability to work an 8.5-hour shift between 8 am and 9 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish or Chinese/Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted patient relationships with proactive communication.
• Ensure interactions comply with healthcare laws and regulations.
• Explain reimbursement and billing information clearly to patients.
• Handle inbound inquiries per the program's FAQs and SOPs.
• Document patient enrollment and record-keeping in Lynk system.
• Coordinate shipments through patient assistance programs and bridge programs.
