Job summary

Valeris in the United States is seeking a Patient Support Coordinator to build trusted relationships with patients, explain benefits, coordinate enrollment, and support adherence.

You will work within our care coordination program, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, handling inquiries, and collaborating with providers to improve patient outcomes. A strong communicator with empathy is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Healthcare industry or customer service experience preferred.
• 8.5-hour shift between 8 am to 9 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish or Chinese/Mandarin is a plus.
• Commitment to the mission of care coordination.
• Compassionate, empathetic when working with patients.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with patients through proactive communication.
• Explain coverage, benefits, and costs clearly to patients.
• Coordinate patient enrollment and adherence support.
• Document activities in the Lynk system according to SOPs.
• Handle inbound inquiries and de-escalate challenging situations professionally.
