Proficiency in EHR systems and MS Office is essential. The position requires a minimum of five years in a clinical setting and at least three years in staff supervision, with multi-clinic experience a plus.
Qualifications
- Five+ years clinic experience; specialty practice is a plus.
- Three+ years staff supervision including scheduling, performance management, and training.
Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate patient services staff and resources to improve efficiency and care delivery.
- Collaborate with Clinical Services supervisors and managers to ensure a consistent patient experience across locations.
- Serve as an expert resource for Practice Management and EHR software.
