Job summary

Colorado Springs Urology Associates is seeking a Clinical Supervisor, RN to partner with the Practice Administrator to maintain patient flow and quality care during clinic hours. You will lead a care team of RNs, LPNs, Medical Assistants and Scribes in a fast-paced urology setting.

This role requires RN licensure, BLS, 2+ years clinical experience (preferably in urology), strong leadership, and proficiency with Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• RN license required (state-permitted).
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience; urology preferred.
• Experience supervising nursing staff and coordinating care.

Responsibilities

• Supervises clinic staff including RNs, LPNs, Medical Assistants and Scribes.
• Coordinates patient flow and clinic scheduling to improve efficiency.
• Oversees dispensary logs, inventory and quality assurance processes.
• Trains back-office and clinical staff; participates in performance reviews and coaching.
