Job summary

Hennepin Healthcare in Minneapolis seeks a Nursing Supervisor to oversee ambulatory clinics within Surgery, Urology, Wound & Healing, and Dermatology. This role operates in-person at the Downtown Campus and aligns with PFCC practice to deliver high-quality patient care.

Under general direction, you will lead clinical operations, ensure staff competency, and support budget planning to maintain safe, efficient patient flow and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree (associate or bachelor) is required and BS/BA within 5 years of hire.
• Minnesota nursing license (RN or APN) is required.
• Master's degree preferred for leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinical operations in ambulatory clinics to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
• Ensure staff competency through orientation, performance reviews, and training plans.
• Lead clinical quality and improvement initiatives in collaboration with the leadership team.
• Maintain compliance with accreditation, regulatory, and organizational standards.
• Foster effective communication and a collaborative, patient-centered clinic environment.
