The role requires RN or LPN licensure in WI and MN, with at least two years of healthcare experience. You will lead staff, manage timesheets, and participate in EMR initiatives while maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LPN in Wisconsin and Minnesota.
• Two+ years of healthcare experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily work direction to designated staff and troubleshoots as appropriate.
• Create and review monthly staff schedules ensuring coverage at all sites.
• Create and review provider schedules ensuring adequate coverage at all sites.
• Ensure policies & procedures are adhered to and collaborate on new policies.
• Conducts employee annual performance reviews.
• Manages employee timesheets and timecard approvals.
• Assist with EMR projects, solutions, and troubleshooting.
