Qualifications

• Minimum five years of clinic experience; specialty practice preferred.
• Three+ years of staff supervision including scheduling, performance management and training.
• Healthcare management certification or related experience in healthcare management.
• Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate patient services staff and resources to improve efficiency and effectiveness in care delivery.
• Collaborate with Clinical Services supervisors and managers to ensure a consistent, positive patient experience across locations.
• Serve as an expert resource for Practice Management and EMR software to ensure mastery of essential tools.
