Job summary

Charlotte Radiology seeks a Patient Services Representative Supervisor to lead our front-end teams at Matthews and Ballantyne. You will greet patients, collect demographics and insurance information, schedule exams, and explain financial responsibilities while ensuring a positive patient experience.

Requires 2+ years of customer service experience, supervisory exposure preferred, and a high school diploma (Associate degree preferred).

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years’ customer service experience required.
• Previous supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, families, and visitors in a courteous and helpful manner.
• Ensures accuracy of patient data entered in the RIS.
• Schedules screenings and diagnostic exams.
• Confirms tests have required orders.
• Explains financial responsibilities to patients.
• Handles cash payments and bank deposits as needed.
• Acts as on-site leadership in absence of center manager.
• Monitors and approves timecards and conducts staff evaluations.
