Charlotte Radiology is seeking a Patient Representative in Denver, NC to support outpatient imaging sites. You will greet patients, register them, collect payments, and help schedule exams to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Responsibilities also include handling inquiries, coordinating with clinical staff, and assisting with onboarding and training of new staff. The role requires strong customer service, communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• 1+ years’ medical office experience preferred; familiarity with outpatient registration workflows.
• High school diploma required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient check-in and registration, including paperwork and insurance data in electronic records.
• Collect payments and set up payment plans as needed.
• Schedule exams and appointments for patients.
• Answer phones, assist patients and referring providers, and direct inquiries.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new employees; support clinic staff as needed.
