Responsibilities

• Check-in and patient registration, maintaining demographic and insurance information.
• Collect payments and establish payment plans at the time of service.
• Schedule exams and manage patient appointments.
• Answer and direct patient inquiries to appropriate parties.
• Assist with onboarding and training new employees.
• Serve as first point of contact for patients on arrival and ensure a positive experience.
• Coordinate authorizations, estimates, and orders with centralized teams.
• Support Patient Representative Managers and Leads with staff onboarding.
