Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• 1+ years’ medical office experience preferred.
• Familiarity with outpatient clinical setting and patient registration workflows.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and patient reception including registration and paperwork.
• Collect payments and establish payment plans at time of service.
• Answer and direct patient inquiries or complaints to appropriate parties.
• Schedule patient appointments and procedures.
• Manage incoming calls and serve as a patient and staff resource.
• Send appointment confirmations and follow up on missed visits.
• Coordinate with clinic staff and centralized teams for authorizations and estimates.
• Assist onboarding and training of new employees.
