• Maintain documentation, logs, audit tools, and reports.
• Provide day-to-day supervision and training of staff; give coaching as needed.
• Monitor performance and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and workspace.
• Communicate issues impacting patient care to leadership.
• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to support patient care.
