The role requires a high school diploma, 2–3 years in food service, strong communication and leadership. CDM preferred; Serv-Safe recommended within 90 days; knowledge of hospital operations preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma is required.
• Two to three years’ experience in food services or hospitality is required.
• Knowledge of hospital and health care operations is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are necessary; strong communication, leadership and customer service skills are desired.

• Supervises and coordinates activities for daily food service operations throughout FANS.
• Ensures timely and accurate meal services for Patient Services and Cafeteria and compliance with HACCP/Sanitation Standards.
• Responsibilities include scheduling, employee performance evaluations, and direct employee supervision.
