Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5-8 years previous management experience in large-scale/high-volume food service operation required.
• Serv-Safe Certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of 3rd party patient satisfaction companies.

• Develops, implements and directs patient meal services operations.
• Develops and manages an electronic menu system.
• Establishes and maintains effective relationships with other departments to provide a unified food service experience.
