Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming patients
• Organizing and coordinating patient intake and appointments
• Accurately entering/updating patient information in system
• Assisting patients with paperwork
• Scanning, updating and filing medical records
• Answering calls and patient inquiries promptly
• Processing insurance information and verifying eligibility
• Handling cash and co-payments accurately
• Providing outstanding customer service to every patient
• Informing site manager of waiting room issues
