Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate Degree is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to organize and multi-task in a busy medical office.
• Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems and basic office tech.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them professionally to the appropriate staff.
• Manage patient check-in/out and maintain accurate demographic and billing data.
• Answer calls promptly; relay messages and maintain courteous phone etiquette.
• Process self-pay charges, collect payments, and reconcile receipts daily.
• Schedule appointments per guidelines and assist with pre-authorizations and referrals.
