Summit Health is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our physician-led network. You will support the care team in a busy medical office, handle registration, scheduling, billing, and patient communications to ensure a positive patient experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy in data entry, and proficient use of EHR and practice management systems. On-site employment with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred.
• Previous PSR experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Basic proficiency in computer use; experience with EHR/Practice Management systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet visitors, patients and families; direct them appropriately.
• Maintain efficient patient flow through registration; provide excellent customer service.
• Answer phones promptly and relay messages with proper etiquette.
• Update patient information and PCP in the EHR; reflect accurate demographics and insurance data.
• Process payments and reconcile daily receipts with billing slips.
