Summit Health, a physician-led health network, seeks a Patient Service Representative for the Florham Park location. You will welcome patients, guide them through registration, verify insurance, and manage billing interactions with accuracy and courtesy.

Responsibilities include scheduling, updating records, and coordinating with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow across sites. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Formación

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Associate Degree preferred.
• Experience with EHR and practice management systems a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet visitors and patients professionally and direct them appropriately.
• Maintain efficient patient flow through registration and provide excellent service.
• Answer calls promptly and route messages to the correct person.
• Process insurance verifications and update patient accounts in the system.
• Schedule appointments according to guidelines and manage waitlists where applicable.
• Perform clerical duties including faxing, scanning, and filing.
• Travel to satellite offices as needed.
