• Answer high-volume calls and direct patients to the correct provider
• Schedule and cancel appointments for multiple providers
• Process referrals and authorizations and pre-registrations
• Communicate with physicians’ offices and patients regarding instructions and status
• Maintain patient information and ensure confidentiality and data integrity
