Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage patient calls and schedule appointments for multiple providers.
• Handle referrals, authorizations, pre-registrations, and other clerical tasks.
• Verify patient insurance and update demographics.
• Communicate appointment details and instructions to patients and providers.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of patient information.
