Qualifications

• Experience: Less than 1 year in a related role.

Responsibilities

• Assists with patient duties including check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, and answering phones.
• Accepts payments for physician/clinic services and posts charges.
• Provides patients with information and directs them to appropriate areas.
• Maintains patient records and handles routine inquiries.
