Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient duties including check-in/check-out and scheduling.
• Verify insurance information and patient demographics in the system.
• Answer phones and respond to routine inquiries about practice services.
• Direct patients to waiting areas and assist with visits and referrals.
• Post payments and manage basic billing tasks according to guidelines.
• Support medical records duties as requested.
