Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Schedule patient appointments accurately based on provider and visit type guidelines.
• Gather and document necessary information, including insurance and patient history when appropriate.
• Create and complete phone notes to ensure clear communication within the care team.
• Route calls and messages to clinical staff and departments.
• Assist patients with questions related to scheduling, referrals, and office processes.
• Provide a calm, helpful experience for patients calling the clinic.
• Collaborate with front office, clinical staff, and referral coordinators to ensure patients are scheduled appropriately.
