Job summary

The Iowa Clinic is seeking a Patient Access Representative to greet and assist patients, handle registrations, and support scheduling across multiple Central Iowa locations. You will play a key role in delivering The Iowa Clinic Experience by providing friendly, accurate service and coordinating with clinical staff to keep patient flow smooth.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, healthcare setting exposure, and a passion for helping patients.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical experience in a medical office setting preferred.
• Highly motivated to work in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and manage the flow of clinical scheduling and patient materials.
• Serve as a direct contact and resource to patients, communicating delays or changes.
• Coordinate with registration, scheduling and clinical staff to ensure smooth operations.
