Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate outpatient appointments and tests using Epic system.
• Provide high level customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
• Perform reception duties including check-in and phone coverage.
• Assist with registration, scheduling inbasket, and follow-up scheduling.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve care delivery and resolve scheduling issues.
• Adhere to policies of University of Iowa and Department of Internal Medicine.
