Responsibilities

• Schedules patient appointments in person and by phone.
• Documents phone calls and routes to appropriate department.
• Reviews and confirms completion of patient visit.
• Documents triage notes as needed.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient and clinic information.
• Works to maintain a service-oriented atmosphere and professional conduct.
