Responsibilities

• Coordinates and participates in daily clinic preparation including: patient identification, patient check in/out, charge posting, cash management, patient appointment scheduling, patient registration and account set-up, phone calls.
• Proficient with insurance coverage rules and eligibility, network coverage, and benefits.
• Initiate and secure prior authorizations as needed; manage multiple schedules and dual appointments for patients.
• Manage hearing aid drop-off/pick-up for repair and provider availability on schedules.
• Orders and maintains office supplies.
