Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, families, staff and visitors at the check-in/out desk.
• Accurately collect and analyze demographic, insurance/financial, and clinical data for pre-registration and registration.
• Coordinate initial evaluation and scheduling of appointments for multi-disciplines.
• Manage calls from insurance/care managers to coordinate multi-discipline care.
• Post cash collections and provide receipts; discuss self-pay balance and charity care options.
• Respond to inquiries from patients or their legal representatives.
• Support Scheduling and Patient Financial Services staff and collaborate with other departments.
